Close Brothers Group PLC Scoop NACFB Award for
Commercial Finance Capabilities

Independent merchant banking group Close Brothers Group Plc
has been named specialist lender of the year at the prestigious National
Association of Commercial Finance Brokers Awards. The group won the accolade
thanks to the performance of its commercial finance divisions Close Invoice
Finance and Close Asset finance.
The diversified provider of specialist financial services saw off competition
from three other providers including Business Lending Ltd and The Co operative
Group at the NACFB awards held at Chelsea Football Club. This latest accolade
serves as a further endorsement for the merchant bank’s commercial finance
capability. Close Invoice Finance and Close Asset Finance has notched up a
number of industry awards this year including being named Best Factoring and
Invoice Discounting Provider for the fourth consecutive year at the Business
MoneyFacts Awards in addition to The Global Business Excellence Awards and The
Computing Awards for Excellence.
