The customer is a specialist recruitment firm that places roles in the education sector such as teachers, teaching assistants and nursery nurses. It's a new start company which needed the support of a financier that really understood the industry and could get the business off the ground. Close Brothers was selected over two other lenders, primarily because of our ability to provide finance based on a solid business plan, forecasts and good security.
Our IDeal™ technology was also a real plus point as it integrated seamlessly with their SAGE accounting system, meaning the firm can access the money from customer invoices as soon as they are raised.
