Terms and conditions
- The offer is open to businesses in the United Kingdom.
- The offer is only available for direct business referrals, it excludes referrals via intermediaries.
- Reward will be payable for the successful introduction of a business that is not already a prospective customer on the Close Brothers Invoice Finance database and has not had any prior communication by a Close Brothers Invoice Finance employee.
- The reward amount will be £2,000 for customers in the United Kingdom.
- Close Brothers Invoice Finance may decline to offer terms to any prospective customer based on eligibility criteria. This criteria includes, but is not limited to, assessment of the client’s company turnover, ledger/debtor profile, ledger concentration levels.
- Close Brothers Invoice Finance reserves the right to amend the eligibility criteria at any time.
- Close Brothers Invoice Finance may decline to offer terms to a prospective client for any reason.
- Reward will be payable to the referring customer within one month, following the activation of the new customer account.
- Close Brothers Invoice Finance reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice.
- Not available in conjunction with any other offer.
